Fload 2.0: The Autonomous Platform

Today, we're launching Fload 2.0 — the biggest update since we started this company. When we launched Fload 1.0 back in December 2025, our pitch was simple: connect your App Store Connect and Google Play accounts, ask questions in plain English, and get answers. It was a data tool. A really good one, but still a tool that waited for you to ask it something.

Fload 2.0 doesn't wait. It observes, decides, and acts — autonomously. Your AI employee just got promoted from analyst to operator.

What Makes 2.0 Different

The core shift is this: Fload 1.0 told you what to do. Fload 2.0 just does it for you. We've spent the last three months building the infrastructure to make that possible — adding write actions to every agent, building a coordination layer that understands context across your entire app business, and shipping safety guardrails that let you trust the system to act on your behalf.

The result is a platform where your Review Agent doesn't just draft replies — it posts them. Your ASO Agent doesn't just suggest metadata changes — it pushes them to the store. Your Ads Agent doesn't just flag underperforming campaigns — it pauses them and reallocates budget. And all of this is coordinated by a single brain that sees the full picture.

The Agent Orchestrator

At the heart of 2.0 is the Agent Orchestrator — a coordination system that runs 2-4 times per day and follows a simple loop: observe, review, decide, dispatch. It pulls the latest metrics from every connected source, analyzes them together to spot patterns that span multiple areas, prioritizes what needs attention using its memory of past decisions, and then dispatches the right agents to take action.

Think of it like a VP of Growth who never sleeps. If a negative review surge hits at 2 AM, the Orchestrator catches it, triggers the Review Agent, and by the time you wake up, responses are drafted (or already posted, depending on your approval settings). If an ad campaign starts burning budget with declining ROAS, it pauses the campaign before the damage adds up. It connects dots that would take a human team hours to connect.

Write Actions

Every agent in Fload can now execute changes, not just recommend them. We call these write actions. The Review Agent can post replies directly to the App Store and Google Play. The ASO Agent can push optimized metadata — titles, descriptions, keywords — to your store listings. The Ads Agent can pause campaigns, adjust budgets, update keyword bids, and block irrelevant search terms across Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.

Safety is built into every layer. No single budget change can exceed 2x the current budget. There are daily action limits per organization. Every change is logged with its previous value so you can roll back instantly. And you control the approval mode: review everything manually, auto-approve low-risk actions, or go full autonomous.

Daily Briefings

Every morning, you get a briefing delivered to Slack, Discord, or email. It covers what changed overnight: key metrics, what each agent did, any anomalies or alerts, recommended next actions, and pending items waiting for your approval. It's like a standup with your AI team — except they already did the work.

The Journey from 1.0 to 2.0

We didn't jump straight from a Q&A tool to an autonomous platform. Over the last three months, we shipped 12 point releases — each one adding a piece of the puzzle. Apple Search Ads integration. Smarter review summaries. The ASO Agent with visual intelligence powered by Gemini. Analytics connectors for PostHog, Mixpanel, and Amplitude. The Submission Review Agent. And then write actions — the moment our agents could actually do things, not just talk about doing things.

Each release taught us something about what it takes to build AI that acts autonomously in high-stakes environments. You can't just let an agent change your ad budget without guardrails. You can't reply to a user's review without understanding the full context of your product. You can't push ASO changes without knowing how they'll affect your keyword rankings across 40+ storefronts. We built all of that context, one version at a time.

What's Next

2.0 is a foundation. We're launching with the Agent Orchestrator, daily briefings, a unified credit system for transparent billing, and an MCP Server that lets you use Fload's tools directly from Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible client. But we're just getting started. More agents, deeper integrations, and smarter coordination are coming fast.

If you're already a Fload customer, 2.0 is live in your dashboard right now. If you're not — there's never been a better time to give your mobile app team an AI employee that actually does the work.
