Every review answered, in your voice.
The Reviews Agent drafts a reply to every App Store review in the reviewer's language, sends it when you say yes, and turns what people write into fixes and keywords.
Sync seit dem Update kaputt
Seit dem letzten Update synchronisiert die App nicht mehr mit meinem iPad. Sehr ärgerlich.

Love the new widgets. Checking my budget takes two seconds now.
Thank you, Sam! Glad the widgets save you time. More are on the way. Mia, Pocket Budget team
Complaints become fixes.
The Reviews Agent groups what people say into themes and counts them, so a bug many people hit stands out from one loud review. The biggest ones go to the Product Agent with the quotes attached.
Users' words become keywords.
People describe your app in the words they search with. Fload picks those phrases out of your reviews and hands them to the ASO Agent for your listing.
The best budget planner I've tried. I finally stick to it.
We use it for shared expenses as a couple and it just works.
The bill reminders alone are worth it.
A better rating keeps every paid install cheaper.
People check the stars before they tap Get. When the rating slips, fewer store visitors install, and every install you pay for costs more.
You approve, or set rules.
Start with every draft waiting for your yes. When you trust it, let Fload send replies to happy reviews on its own and keep the hard ones for you.
Your reviews sit right under your screenshots.
A page with fresh replies and a strong rating converts more of the people your ads send. Reviews feed the ASO Agent's keywords, and the Ads Agent buys installs for a page people trust.
Questions about the Reviews Agent
Does Fload send replies without asking me?
Only if you tell it to. By default every reply is a draft that waits for you to approve or reject it. You can let Fload send replies to 4 and 5 star reviews on its own and keep the rest for yourself.
Which languages can it reply in?
Fload replies in the language the review was written in, so a German review gets a German reply. It can also translate any review or draft into English, so you always know what was said.
Will the replies sound like us?
Yes. Set your tone, length, emoji use and sign-off once, and every draft follows them. You can edit any draft before it goes out.
How does it handle negative reviews?
Calmly. The reply owns the problem and says what happens next, and these drafts wait for your approval unless you decide otherwise. If the review points at a bug, it's grouped with others like it and can go to the Product Agent so the fix gets planned.
Does it work with the App Store and Google Play?
Fload starts with the App Store, working in your own App Store Connect account. Google Play is on the roadmap; book a call if you need it sooner.
