Review Agent

Every review answered, in your voice. The Review Agent drafts a reply to each App Store and Google Play review in the reviewer's language, and sends it when you say yes, or on its own if you let it.

What you get

The Review Agent's name in the app is Echo. Replies on the store are signed with your team's name, never an AI name.

Before you start

  • App Store: the Fload analyst needs the Customer Support role in App Store Connect, with Generate Individual API Keys on. See App Store Connect.
  • Google Play: to post replies, give the Fload account the Reply to reviews permission in Google Play Console, under Users and permissions. See Google Play.

Reviews sync every 30 minutes.

Modes

Manual approvalThe Review Agent drafts replies. You approve and publish each one before it goes live
Monitor onlyFload syncs your reviews, but no drafts are written and nothing is published

Drafts wait in your Inbox. Approve, edit or ask for a new version (for example "warmer tone" or "make them shorter").

Only a person signed in to Fload can turn Auto-mode on. An API key or a chat message can't.

Your voice

In the Review Agent's settings:

  • Tone: Friendly, Professional or Casual.
  • Team name, used to sign each reply, and a support email for people who need more help.
  • Custom instructions: anything every reply should follow, such as "never offer refunds" or "point bug reports to our help page".

Rules it learns

When you edit a draft before approving it, Fload compares your version with the draft and saves what it learned as a rule. Future drafts follow it.

You can also write rules yourself with New rule. Each rule can be edited, switched off or deleted.

Catch up on older reviews

When you set up the agent, you can draft replies for reviews from the Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 180 days, so older reviews get an answer too.

Notifications

Get new reviews in Slack or Discord, Immediate, Daily or Weekly. Set it up under Slack or Discord.

Credits

Paid plans include 100 drafted replies a month. Approving and posting a reply is free. See Pricing & Credits.
