Every change to your app waits here for your OK. Listing changes, review replies, new languages and Apple Ads changes all land in one place, whichever agent or person proposed them.
What you can do with a task
- ApproveThe change goes out. You have a few seconds to undo before anything is sent.
- IterateTell the agent what to change, like “warmer tone”. A new version comes back, usually within minutes.
- SkipHides the task until tomorrow.
- ArchiveCloses the task. You can restore it from the archive.
You can also edit a draft yourself before you approve it. Approving, editing and applying are always free.
Where a task goes next
- 1
Approved
You said yes. A few seconds to undo.
- 2
In progress
Fload is sending the change.
- 3
Waiting
For something named on the card, like a new app version or a set time.
- 4
Live
The store confirmed it. Fload measures it and tells you the result.
Finished tasks move to the archive after a week.
When something needs a look
A card tells you when a change didn't go as planned, and what to do:
- Didn't go through: your approval still stands. Click Try again to run it again, or archive it.
- Couldn't be confirmed: Fload sent the change but couldn't see it on the store yet. Check again looks again and never sends it twice.
- Waiting for a release: some changes can only go out with a new app version. Prepare the version in App Store Connect, then click I've prepared the version.
- Rollback recommended: an experiment found the change hurt. Approve the proposed rollback to undo it.
A task nobody has answered for 30 days retires on its own.
Start a task yourself
Click New task in the inbox or on Home:
- Ask in a sentence, like "Translate my listing into Japanese" or "Reply to this week's one-star reviews".
- Edit your listing yourself, with live character counts and an iPhone preview.
- Add languages to your store listing.
Things only a person can approve
Some changes are never approved by an agent or an API key, only by someone signed in to Fload. Publishing screenshots is one of them.
Approving also needs your plan to cover the agent behind the task. If it doesn't, Fload tells you what's missing.
