Slack
Connect Slack for real-time bot notifications, agent alerts, and a chat interface to talk to Fload directly from your workspace.
What it does
Bot notifications
Fload sends notifications to your chosen Slack channel for:
- Anomaly alerts — metric spikes or drops detected
- Review alerts — new negative reviews or review reply confirmations
- Growth reports — audit results and score changes
- Agent activity — agent run completions and pending actions
- Orchestrator briefings — daily briefings delivered to Slack
- Ad alerts — campaign performance anomalies or budget warnings
Chat interface
Talk to Fload directly from Slack:
- Ask questions about your data ("what's my MRR?")
- Get quick metric summaries ("show me downloads this week")
- Approve or reject pending actions inline
Configurable notification preferences
Choose which events trigger Slack notifications:
- Per event type (anomalies, reviews, growth, ads)
- Per severity level (critical only, all alerts)
- Per channel (different channels for different event types)
Setup
Slack uses an OAuth installation flow:
- In Fload, go to Connectors > Add connector > Slack
- Click Connect to Slack
- Select the Slack workspace you want to connect
- Choose the default channel for notifications
- Authorize the Fload bot
The bot is added to your workspace and starts sending notifications immediately.
Configuration
After connecting, configure your preferences at Settings > Integrations > Slack:
- Default channel — where notifications go by default
- Event routing — send specific event types to specific channels
- Quiet hours — batch non-critical notifications during off-hours
- Chat enabled — toggle the conversational chat interface on/off
Notes
- The Fload bot only posts to channels it's been invited to
- Chat responses use your AI chat credits (1 credit per message, same as the web chat)
- Slack notifications are in addition to (not a replacement for) email notifications
