Getting started

How long until I see my data?

Usually within a few hours of connecting. Your full history can take longer to fill in, up to about half a day for Google Play. Until the first data arrives, a connection says No data received yet.

Why don't I see yesterday's numbers?

Apple and Google publish their store reports late, so store data is complete up to about two days ago. The most recent days fill in as the reports arrive. Apple Search Ads results refresh every hour, so ad spend shows the same day.

Why does a number show N/A or No data yet instead of 0?

Because nothing was reported, which isn't the same as zero. Fload never fills a missing day with a made-up 0.

I connected App Store Connect but see nothing. What's wrong?

1. Was the invite accepted? Fload accepts it on its own after you click I've sent the invite. The connector card shows if it's still waiting.
2. Are the roles right? Fload's analyst needs Marketing, Customer Support and Finance, with Generate Individual API Keys on. The card names any missing role.
3. Is the card red? Use Fix on the card. It checks the connection and names the problem.

Can I connect more than one developer account?

Yes. Add the connector again for each App Store Connect or Google Play account.

Approvals and control

Does Fload change my app without asking?

Not unless you let it. By default, every change waits in your Inbox for your OK. You can let the Review Agent post replies on its own, or turn on the ASO Agent's auto mode for small, safe changes with a 24-hour heads-up. Only a person can turn either on.

Can I undo an approval?

Right after you approve, you have a few seconds to undo before anything is sent. After a listing change goes live, Fload measures it, and if it hurt, it proposes a rollback for you to approve. See Experiments.

Which listing fields can Fload change?

With the Marketing role, Fload can update your App Store name, subtitle, keywords, promotional text and description, and add new languages, each after your approval. It never uploads builds or touches agreements, tax, banking or users.

Plans and pricing

How much does Fload cost?

There's a free plan, and paid plans from $49 per app a month. Go is $399 a month, with a 7-day free trial. Studios and publishers can talk to us about App Studio. See Pricing & Credits.

Can I use Fload without paying?

Yes. Your data, dashboards and your first app audit are free, and so is your first conversation with Fio. Agent work, such as reply drafts and new listings, needs a paid plan.

What's free on every plan?

Approving anything in your inbox, your dashboards, keyword tracking and reading your data through MCP.

Review Agent

Does it reply on Google Play too?

Yes. It drafts replies for the App Store and Google Play. To post on Google Play, give Fload's account the Reply to reviews permission in Google Play Console.

Can I change the tone?

Yes. Choose Friendly, Professional or Casual, set your team name and add your own instructions, like "never promise release dates".

Does it learn from my edits?

Yes. When you edit a draft before approving it, Fload saves what it learned as a rule, and future drafts follow it. You can edit, switch off or delete any rule.

Competitors and market data

Where do competitor numbers come from?

From market data estimates, read twice a week. Estimates for a day keep settling for a week or more, so Fload compares totals only up to the last day that's final for every app and says "through" that date. A competitor with no recent final data is marked not current and left out.

Privacy and security

How are my credentials stored?

Encrypted. API keys and sign-ins you give Fload are never stored in plain text. For App Store Connect and Google Play, you invite Fload's account instead, so no password is ever shared.

Who can see my data?

Members of your organization. If Fload's team helps run your account, their work shows in your inbox, marked as theirs.

How do I disconnect an AI app?

Go to Settings › Connected Apps and remove it. It's signed out straight away. See Connect via MCP.
