Weekly and monthly reports

Start each week knowing where your app stands, and end each month knowing why. Both reports arrive by email and live under Reports in Fload.

The weekly update

Every Monday morning, in your organization's time zone, Fload sends a short update on the week before.

• The finding first: one headline that says what happened.
• Your key numbers, each with what changed and why it matters.
• Since last week: what Fload did for you, what's waiting for your approval, and how running experiments are going.
• A link to the Data page with every number behind it.

The weekly update is free.

The monthly report

At the end of each month, Fload writes the month's story:

• The verdict: how the month went, in plain words.
• What moved and why: downloads, revenue and rankings, with the changes behind them.
• Your keywords and listing: where you gained and where you slipped.
• Your reviews: what people said and how it was answered.
• How you compare with similar apps. Competitor totals run only to the last day that's final for every app compared, and say "through" that date. A competitor with no recent final data is marked not current and left out.

The monthly report uses a small number of credits.

Not getting it?

1. Check that your store connection has synced recent data. See Data connectors.
2. Check Settings › Notifications in Fload.
3. Check your spam folder for mail from Fload.
