Ask about your app in plain words. Fio, your assistant in Fload, pulls the right numbers, draws charts and tables, and explains what it finds.

Work Fio starts goes to your Inbox for approval. Nothing changes on the store until you say yes.

You don't need metric names. "Revenue", "proceeds", "installs" and "active subs" all work, and so do breakdowns like "by country", "by platform" or "by campaign".

Where to chat

It's the same Fio and the same data everywhere. In Discord, and in Slack until you link your Slack account, Fio can read but not make changes.

Conversations are saved, so you can pick one up later from your chat history.

Tips

• Be specific about time: "the last 30 days" works better than "recently".
• Name the app if you have more than one.
• Ask why: Fio explains its numbers and where they came from.
• A missing number isn't zero. If a source hasn't reported a day yet, Fio says so instead of counting it as nothing.

Credits

Your organization's first conversation is free, for up to 20 answers. After that, each answer uses credits. An answer in Slack usually costs less than one on the web. Work Fio starts, like reply drafts or translations, is charged on top, the same as anywhere in Fload. See Pricing & Credits.
