Superwall

Connect a Superwall application to bring its subscription proceeds and lifecycle metrics into Fload, by market.

What you get

  • Net proceeds by country from your Superwall application.
  • Subscription, trial, ARPU and ARPPU metrics, where your application has them.
  • Two years of history on the first import.

Superwall stays its own source. It doesn't overwrite your App Store or RevenueCat numbers: where those report the same metric, Fload uses them, and Superwall fills the gaps.

Before you start

  • You need a Superwall organization API V2 key with these permissions:
    • projects:read
    • charts:read
    • webhooks:write
  • The app should already be in Fload, through App Store Connect or Google Play. Each Superwall application maps to one Fload app.

Connect it

  1. In Fload, open Connectors, go to the Payments tab, click Superwall, then Add Connector.
  2. Paste your key into Organization API key and click Discover. Fload finds your projects and applications.
  3. Under Superwall application, choose the application.
  4. Under Fload app, choose the app it belongs to.
  5. Click Connect and import.

Fload sets up a webhook in Superwall, so a new purchase, renewal or cancellation tells Fload to refresh. That's why the key needs webhooks:write. Your key is encrypted at rest.

Paywall funnel charts are not imported.

When data arrives

  • The first import reads two years of history.
  • After that, each sync re-reads the last seven days, so late changes such as refunds are picked up.
  • Syncs run about every four hours, and the webhook triggers extra refreshes when subscription events happen.
  • Until the first data lands, the card says No data received yet.

Check or manage the connection

Open the Superwall card to see the Superwall connector window. It shows the application and project, when the last import ran, and how it refreshes:

  • Verified refreshes: the webhook is set up.
  • Scheduled sync only: no webhook, so data refreshes on the regular schedule only.

From there, Refresh now runs an import straight away, and Disconnect removes the connection.

Fix a problem

"Initial import failed" The window shows the reason. Fix it, then click Refresh now to try again.

Discover finds nothing, or the key is rejected Check that it's an organization API V2 key with all three permissions above.
