Branch
Connect Branch to bring your mobile attribution into Fload. See which campaigns and keywords drive installs and revenue, alongside the rest of your app data.
What it syncs

Setup
- In Branch, go to Configuration > Security & Access > Credentials. You need admin access.
- Copy your Branch Key (starts with
key_live_) and Branch Secret (starts withsecret_live_). - In Fload, go to Connectors > Ads > Branch > Connect.
- Paste both values, click Test connection, then Connect.
Fload validates the credentials, then pulls your recent attribution data and keeps it fresh on the regular sync schedule. A Branch key belongs to a single app, so Fload attributes its data to the matching app in your account.
Metrics available
Once connected, these appear in your Fload dashboard and chat:
- Ad installs by campaign and by keyword
- Attributed revenue by campaign and by keyword

- AI chat: "show me installs by campaign from Branch", "which keywords drove the most revenue?"
- The Ads and Growth agents use attribution data to score and recommend campaign changes
- Anomaly detection on installs and revenue
Notes
- Branch already aggregates your ad networks. Connect either Branch or the individual ad platforms for a given app, not both, so installs are not counted twice.
- Branch reports installs and attributed revenue. For ad spend, connect your ad platforms or an attribution partner that pulls cost.
- Attribution connectors are rolling out. If you do not see Branch in your connectors list yet, reach out and we will enable it for your account.
